Empowering Quality and Research Activities Among MOH Dietitians Towards Better Practices

  • How can I register? - Registration must be done at the DQRC website.
  • What are the registration rates? - Please visit the registration page for deadlines, rates, and other registration information.
  • What is included in the registration fee? - The registration fees include attendance at all conference sessions, lunch, and refreshment breaks on both days. You also will receive a conference lanyard and electronic copy of conference proceedings including conference paper.
  • Where should I stay? - Only those who are stationed in Klang Valley and are not eligible for mileage claim can opt for the option of "No (applied to those who are not eligible to stay-in)". Otherwise, all participants MUST stay at Cempaka Apartment Hotel, Tower 2, Menara PGRM, No. 6, Jalan Pudu Ulu, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. It is a 5-minute drive from Maluri Jusco Mall and a 10-minute drive from Bukit Bintang area. Free parking is provided for stay-in participant. Otherwise, flat rate of RM5 per day will be charged for the event.
  • When will the conference take place? Where is it located? - The DQRC will be held on 1-2 July 2019 at the Dewan Cempaka, Cempaka Apartment Hotel, Tower 2, Menara PGRM, No. 6, Jalan Pudu Ulu, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Chempaka Apartment Hotel is within 20-minute drive from Suria KLCC, Chinatown Petaling Jaya and the Mid Valley area.  
  • How to get to Cempaka Apartment Hotel from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)? - Cempaka Apartment Hotel is 58 km from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). (approximately 50-minute drive)
  • How to get to Cempaka Apartment Hotel by LRT or MRT railway? - MRT Maluri and LRT Star Maluri is about 7-minute walk away from Cempaka Apartment Hotel. 
  • Will I receive a certificate of attendance? - E-certificate of attendance is available once participants attended all session and completed “Borang Penilaian Kursus Jangka Pendek (Dalam dan Luar Negara) di Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia”. 
  • Do you offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points for this conference? - MyCPD points of 15 is awarded to participants. 
  • I only want to attend one day of conference, is that possible? - Please note that your registration is valid for two days. If participant attend one day of conference only, she/he is not entitle to receive E-certificate. 
  • What is the cancellation policy for the conference? - Registration fees are non-refundable. 
  • Is the conference schedule available? - Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website in late May/June 2019.
